8:19-11:18
- Which family (Anna and Tobit or Raguel and Edna) is most like yours? Why?
- Jesus has several references to wedding feasts (for example) Matthew 22:1-14, John 2:1-12). What are some similarities and dissimilarities between them and Tobiah and Sarah's wedding feast? What connections help you understand one better?
- Tobiah believes his blindness a "scourge" from God (11:!5). How do you think Tobiah reconciles the notion of a good God that seems to do evil things? Does this remind you of any other passages of scripture that might help you understand it further?
- This passage has a few places where one of the characters has said or done something in a previous part of the Bible. Name three of these references to earlier parts of this book.
